Hide & seek is pretty amusing. After the found me in the closet, they happily hid in my hiding place, opening and closing the closet doors for 10min. They are awful at seek-ing and twice gave up finding me after a few minutes and then decided to go hide themselves.

In an attempt to get Lukas to eat healthier food, I bought a waffle iron (one step above Eggos) -- I'll start making my own batter with whole wheat flour soon. Lena has found she can sneak fruit into pancakes, and we'll be doing that more as well. Here are some photos of the boys "helping" me make "Brinner" (breakfast for dinner) a fan-favorite in our house.

Speaking of Lukas.... we have come a long way with him lately. He's still, and will always be, strong-willed, but he's generally more cooperative and flexible. I think putting him in his own bedroom has made a colossal difference. He sleeps an extra 30min-1hr later in the morning and at least 30min longer at naptime, without his brothers waking him up. A well-rested Lukas is a much happier kid, which goes a long way. A few nights ago, Lukas needed to poop and opted to do it in the shower of Alex/Oliver's bathroom. It was pretty funny.
